Bianca Mintor is the Manager of Travel Training Operations at the MBTA's Mobility Center, where she oversees a team that works closely with community partners to help people with disabilities navigate public transit with greater confidence and independence. She began her career in 2016 as a Mobility Coordinator evaluating Paratransit eligibility, and later became Assistant Program Manager, assisting in overseeing operations related to the eligibility process and the call center.
In her current role, she leads the Travel Training team in Boston, working to develop outreach strategies, and coordinates accessibility checks to support paratransit riders. She is committed to fostering inclusive transportation solutions and ensuring that outreach efforts are rooted in collaboration and equity.
She has shared her expertise at the national level and lends her insight as an active member of both the ATI Conference and Media Committees.
