Raven Alexander

Raven Alexander is a public service leader, transportation professional, and Founder & Principal Consultant of Connected Solutions Consulting, LLC. With more than a decade of experience, she partners with organizations to strengthen communities through mobility management, accessibility, strategic planning, organizational development, grant strategy, training, and community engagement.
Raven also serves as Demand Response Manager for the City of Wichita, where she leads accessible transportation services and mobility initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and community access.
She is an Easterseals Project ACTION (ESPA) Certified Travel Trainer, Certified ADA Coordinator, and CTAA PASS Certified Trainer. Raven began her services as the Immediate Past President for ATI in August 2026, continuing to support the advancement of travel training and mobility instruction nationwide.
A nationally recognized trainer, speaker, and consultant, Raven is passionate about helping organizations build partnerships, strengthen programs, and implement practical solutions that expand mobility, increase accessibility, and create lasting community impact through Connected Solutions Consulting.
