​If you have innovative programs, best practices or resources to share on travel training, orientation & mobility or mobility management topics, we encourage you to submit a presentation proposal. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your work to a global audience.

Previous presentation topics have included, but are not limited to:

• Programs for older adults

• Funding travel training initiatives

• Training documentation

• Ethical considerations

• Rural and urban travel training

• Marketing and outreach strategies

• Intake and referral processes

• Program administration

• Disability-specific considerations

• Cultural competency

• Use of technology and social media

We welcome proposals on any topic related to programs, policies or strategies that align with the principles of travel instruction. Presentation lengths can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes, including a Q&A session.​

 

Proposals are due by Friday, April 25, 2025.
