Bus Pass Information
Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is providing bus passes free of charge for conference attendees!
Attendees using the passes will be required to download the CATS-Pass mobile app, create an account, and input the code ATICON24 during check out to zero out the balance. The pass will remain in the user’s wallet until they activate when ready to use. Day passes are valid for 24-hours and can be used on both rail and bus. The code (ATICON24) is active 7/29/24 through 8/3/24.
If attendees already have the CATS-Pass app, scanning the QR code provided to attendees will put the pass in their cart, and take them to the screen to enter the promo code. If they do not have the app, scanning the code should take them to the app store to download. This code can be used once per accountholder.

This is the highest Award that is given by ATI and it is awarded to an individual who has demonstrated the spirit and intent of Jack Gorelick in promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities into the life stream of our communities through independent travel and the use of public transportation by all people. Julie White
Deputy Secretary for Multi-Modal Transportation
North Carolina Department of Transportation
As the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Deputy Secretary for Multi-Modal Transportation, Julie White oversees the Rail Division, Division of Aviation, Ferry Division and Integrated Mobility Division, which includes Public Transportation, Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation and new mobility options. White manages approximately 600 employees and oversees expenditures of nearly $900 million. Under her leadership, the agency recently secured its largest federal discretionary grant in history - over #1 billion - to build the first leg of a new rail corridor between Raleigh and Richmond.
White has over two decades of experience in state and local government. Before joining NCDOT, she served as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Metropolitan Mayors Coalition. She chairs the Southeast Rail Corridor Commission, which is spearheading the development of a high-performance rail system in the Southeast., Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the American Public Transit Association (APTA) and co-chairs the APTA legislative Subcommittee on Commuter and Intercity Rail.
White's accolades include being named the WTS Triangle Chapter Woman of the Year in 2023, receiving the WTS Triangle Chapter Community Activist Award in 2013 and the Triangle Business Public Policy award in 2011. During her seven yeqar tenure at NCDOT, the multimodal divisions have won numerous awards for planning, innovation and project delivery.
White holds a Master of Public Administration from NC State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. She is a graduate of the American Association of Highway and Transportation Officials' National Transportation Advanced Leadership Institute, the Leadership North Carolina program and the North Carolina institute of Political Leadership. She resides in Raleigh with her family.
Andrea Ball

Andrea Ball is the Executive Director of the OkTA in Oklahoma City. Her multi-faceted experience includes over 25 years of experience in association management, event planning, publicity, communications, and marketing. Before joining OkTA in 2021, she founded her own consulting firm, PlanIt World, in 2007 and was also previously employed at Agri/Washington Public Affairs Group. Andrea is an experienced national public relations consultant, specializing in crisis communications, convention planning, digital media, marketing, public relations, legislative affairs, grant writing/reporting, financial management, and writing. She lectures nationally on business communications, volunteer leadership, and social media strategy. She was recognized in 2009 by the 'State Journal' as a Generation Next winner, which highlights "40 Under 40" outstanding business leaders and was awarded two “Stars of the Industry” awards for tourism marketing and public relations. In 2016, she addressed the United Nations on "The Digital Divide and Women" and has been published nationally in trade magazines on numerous topics. She has been quoted in 'USA Today,' 'The New York Times,' and appeared on the Hallmark Channel Home and Family show, and several local newscasts and radio shows. Andrea is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Veterinary Medical Association Executives (VMAE), Sigma Kappa Sorority Alumnae, and the Kansas State University Alumni Association.
Enjoli Dixon

Enjoli has spent 18 years in the US and abroad in the transportation industry in the public and private sector as a designer and consultant working across the various STEM fields of education, architecture, engineering, and urban planning. Prior to joining NCMM and NADTC, Enjoli began her transportation career with the University of Kansas-KU On Wheels and TranSystems Corporation simultaneously working on projects bike/pedestrian, bus rapid transit. She later joined MoDOT’s Multimodal -Transit team and then the Office of External Civil Rights. She was able to chair the KU On Wheels transit system and work on a variety of projects spanning from bike/pedestrian, ride share, bus rapid transit, major light rail projects, ADA planning and more. Enjoli serves as the current Chief Program Officer for TransitCon. She has served as an adjunct instructor teaching 3D Computer Drafting and a juror for the former ITT Technical Institutes School of Design. Enjoli also served as an instructor for the Nichols Career Center teaching in the design trade. She has an associate degree from State Technical College of Missouri in Civil Engineering Technology, and bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning: Emphasis in Transportation/Transit, Urban/Social Issues from the University of Kansas. She serves on the local public transit advisory board in her city and is the founder of the JC Multicultural PTO. Enjol leads several national working groups in the transportation space and is a member of the following TRB committees: ACH20 Standing Committee on Bicycle Transportation, AME30 Standing Committee on Native American Transportation Issues, AME10 Standing Committee on Equity In Transportation, and AME50 TRB Committee on Accessible Transportation and Mobility.

Stephanie Rozanski is the Assistant Director of YAI Knowledge, the training department at YAI, which supports over 20,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Her extensive background in community-based services includes creating YAI’s first Mobility Management program in 2011, which teaches people with I/DD to travel independently on New York City public transit.

Lisa Kornegay is the Supervisor of Travel Training at YAI in New York with 15 years of experience working in both Day Habilitation and community-based settings. She provides travel training services throughout all five boroughs and works with external agencies to expand current travel training opportunities. Her passion is looking outside the box to teach difficult skills. She is famous for saying " It's not a no, it's a not right now" as she strives to help people meet their goal of independent travel.

Raven leverages her BS in Human Services from Wichita State University to enhance transportation and accessibility options for diverse populations. With multiple certifications and honors in public administration, travel training and ADA compliance, she exemplifies a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Raven ensures exceptional service and empathy are integrated into the district’s initiatives through collaborating with public and private sectors, stakeholders and partners to contribute to the goals and vision of the organization's mobility projects. Passionate about improving the quality of life and opportunities for all, Raven brings a wealth of diverse perspectives and experiences to every endeavor. She currently serves as the ATI Board of Directors President and is involved with many committees and agencies in her community.
Jeffrey Dennis

Jeffrey has over 15 years experience working with individuals with disabilites. Jeffrey worked at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center at Rutgers University for 7 years as a Classroom Assistant with their Secondary Classrooms, teaching young adults vocational skills and managing behavioral plans. Jeffrey joined NJTIP in 2015 as a Travel Instructor and now manages their 1 on 1 Travel Training Program, which offers travel training to Access Link applicants in 10 counties within New Jersey. Jeffrey became a board member of ATI in 2023 and enjoys riding public transportation with his sons on the weekends.

Melody Bundy is a program manager at NJ TIP @ Rutgers with experience in travel training and ten years of experience in education. Most of Ms. Bundy’s work includes training individuals to use public transportation to become independent travelers. She has experience as a trainer with community organizations and high school transition students, and her professional strengths focus on program/curriculum development and implementation. She received her Master of Public Administration degree in Non-Profit Management from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Seton Hall University. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Travel Instruction.
Doraleen Taulanga

Doraleen Taulanga resides in Utah and is a second generation Samoan American. Her Pacific Island heritage and rooted values of family and community have helped forge her personal and professional path. Collectively she has 20+ years of experience working in the education system, aviation and public transportation. She has a degree in Business Management and has held various roles as an educator in formal and informal work. Doraleen has a deep passion for grass-root community efforts to bring about change and removing barriers for individuals and communities that are underserved and currently serves on the ATI Board of Directors.
Doraleen started as a travel trainer for the Utah Transit Authority in 2015 and later transitioned to the role of the Community Outreach Manager to oversee the Travel Training program and TRAX Ambassador pilot program. She is a member of the Association of Travel Instruction and has served several years on the board of directors. She would like to carry forward the work of past advocates by connecting local, national and international partners by looking at current day needs facing the industry while growing towards a more sustainable future.
Meagan Greathouse

Meagan Greathouse is a transit professional with over 17 years of experience at METRO RTA, where she serves as a Mobility Specialist. She believes in the power of focusing on personalized interactions and thoughtfully cultivating community relations to foster meaningful connections and strives to advocate for passenger independence through safe, equitable and accessible public mobility options. Meagan has presented on a local, state, and national level platforms, provides mentorship and her travel training work in classrooms was highlighted by Easter Seals Project Action. She is the president of Ohio Travel Trainers and currently serves on the ATI Board of Directors.
